Tá Lả (also known as Phỏm) is an iOS and iPadOS application provided by Alita Software. We respect your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled in the app.

Data Collection and Storage

The app does not collect, store, or share personal data with Alita Software.
Game settings, purchases, and local gameplay state remain on your device.
No analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking tools are used.
Nearby multiplayer uses Apple local peer-to-peer connectivity (Multipeer Connectivity / local network) between devices on the same network. Gameplay data is not sent to Alita Software servers.
We do not have access to your hands, nearby rooms, or device-local activity.

Local Network Permission

When you create or join a Nearby room, iOS may ask for Local Network access so devices can discover each other. This permission is used only for peer-to-peer play and is not used to scan or report networks to Alita Software.

In-App Purchases

Tá Lả offers optional non-consumable purchases such as table look packs, card-back styles, smarter bot opponents, and a complete unlock bundle.
Purchase transactions are handled by Apple through the App Store.
We do not collect, store, or process payment card information.
We do not store your purchase history on Alita Software servers.

Third-Party Services

Tá Lả does not integrate advertising, analytics, or other third-party services that collect user data. App Store purchases and restores are processed by Apple.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
