• Nearby pairing uses Apple local peer-to-peer connectivity between devices and does not send gameplay data to Alita Software servers.
• We do not have access to your games, nearby pairing sessions, or device-local activity.

In-App Purchases

• Alt Offline Chess offers premium computer levels 6-10 through a non-consumable in-app purchase.
• Purchase transactions are handled by Apple through the App Store.
• We do not collect, store, or process payment card information.
• We do not track or store information about your purchase history on Alita Software servers.

Third-Party Services

Alt Offline Chess does not integrate with advertising, analytics, or third-party services that collect user data. App Store purchases and restores are processed by Apple.
